If eating mint chocolate ice cream is bad, I don’t want to be good. Luckily, thanks to this delicious, muscle-building recipe “bad” is actually very good. Guiltless mint chocolate ice cream is surrounded by a protein bar cup and topped with a low-calorie chocolate syrup for a lip-smacking dessert that won’t bust your toned gut. “Bad” has never tasted this good.

Protein Dessert: Mint Chocolate Ice Cream

Mint Chocolate Quest Bar Sundae

Ingredients

1 Quest Mint Chocolate Bar
2 Tbsp. Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
1 Tbsp. Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
Whipped topping, optional
Dark chocolate chips, optional
½ cup Arctic Zero Mint Chocolate Frozen Dessert

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray the outside of a small ramekin or soufflé dish with non-stick spray.
  2. On a small plate, heat Quest bar in microwave for 10-15 seconds. Press Quest bar on to the outside of the ramekin, molding bar into a cup. Bake facing down for about 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine chocolate syrup and protein powder.
  4. Let ramekin cool completely before removing Quest bar cup from the bowl. Once removed, plop ice cream into the Quest bar dish and top with chocolate-protein syrup. Add whipped cream and chocolate chips, if desired.
