Margaritas are more than just a boozy drink you enjoy on a beach vacation. With mint on the minds of many during the holidays, you have all the reason you need to mix up a festive virgin version. You don’t need simple syrup or cash for the tip jar. Be your own bartender and make this honey-sweetened, citrus-spiked mint margarita to sip by the fire. So long, hot cocoa!
Ingredients
2 oz. honey
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Directions
- Pour honey into a glass bowl. Place the bowl in a bath of warm water to allow the honey to melt slightly.
- Remove from water bath and add citrus juices. Whisk together and let cool.
- Add mint leaves and muddle.
- Add honey-citrus mixture and ice cubes to high-speed blender and process until slushy and ice is broken down.
- Pour margarita into a tall glass and garnish with additional mint leaves.
- Serve over more ice and small candy canes, if desired.
