No-Bake Apple Pie Bites (Gluten-Free & Vegan)
Makes 24 balls
- In food processor, pulse apple until finely chopped. Pour in dates and pulse again to finely chop.
- Pour in remaining ingredients; puree mixture until smooth. (Note: Mixture should appear like a coarse paste.)
- Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Shape mixture into two-teaspoon-sized balls.
