Ingredients
Crust
2 cups KIND Healthy Grains Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. maple syrup
Filling
Almond Butter
Topping
Handful carob chips or chocolate chips
Handful Kind PB clusters
Directions:
- In a food processor, combine all the crust ingredients.
- Spoon a small amount of crust mixture into paper muffin-tin liners; press down.
- Drizzle almond butter over crust.
- Sprinkle with carob or chocolate chips and PB clusters.
- Freeze overnight.
