Finally, a nut butter cup that’s purely nuts. It may sound crazy, but cutting out the chocolate is far from foolish. You now have direct access to the buttery-soft center without it being smothered by an overly sweet shell. Besides, it makes perfect sense to put peanut butter on a pedestal – it’s the superstar of all things savory.
Ingredients
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or peanut butter would work best)
1 Tbsp. coconut flour
4 Tbsp. almond milk
1 dropperful of liquid stevia
Directions
- Prepare a muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and stir until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Pour mixture into paper liners, filling each about half-way (or as thick as you’d like your peanut butter cups).
- Set in freezer to harden. Or…if you can’t wait that long, just go for it right then and there!
