Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup oat flour
4 scoops vanilla cupcake protein powder
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. Vitacost Organic Loose Cinnamon Spice Black Tea
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin pan with paper liners or coat with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined.
- Pour muffin batter into prepared muffin pan and bake 20-25 minutes, or until muffins begin to turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
