These oatmeal raisin muffins are more your style. High in protein and spiced with cinnamon tea, they’re everything you want and need. They’re soft and doughy. They’re sweet and filling. They’re the smart choice when you actually want to enjoy your healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup oat flour
4 scoops vanilla cupcake protein powder
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. Vitacost Organic Loose Cinnamon Spice Black Tea
2 eggs
1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin pan with paper liners or coat with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Pour muffin batter into prepared muffin pan and bake 20-25 minutes, or until muffins begin to turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
