Does your dinner need a little sprucing? Give peas a chance! This spring-inspired fried “rice” features sweet peas, snap peas and fresh okra, tossed with tender orzo, a type of pasta that’s a perfect stand-in for rice and makes a great side dish for any main course. A splash of coconut aminos and a sprinkling of sesame seeds add an unmistakable finish to this flavorful dish.

Don’t have peas or okra on hand? Sub in your favorite grilled, roasted or sauteed veggies to make it your own!
