Ingredients

1/4 cup gluten-free oats or buckwheat
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. walnuts
1-2 tsp. cinnamon

Variations/Additional ingredients

Pumpkin seeds
Hemp seeds
Pecans
Almonds
Blueberries

Directions

  1. In a jar, combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
  2. If desired, add as many alternative ingredients as desired before refrigerating.
