Overnight Mint Mocha Chia Pudding

Ever spooned a mocha? A latte, maybe. You can sprinkle that thick layer of foam with cinnamon and scoop it up like ice cream. But a mocha is usually sip-only…until now. This mint-infused mocha chia pudding is 100% spoonable. The chia seeds expand in a bed of almond milk and mocha-flavored protein powder to form a creamy, anytime dessert. The sweet treat is so addictive, you’ll want to spoon it again and again.

Serves 1  


2 mint leaves (or 1 drop mint extract)
1 cup almond milk
1/2 scoop Designer Protein Natural 100% Whey Chocolate Mocha
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt


  1. In a blender, add mint and milk. Blend on high until mixture is completely incorporated.
  2. Add protein powder and chia seeds, and whip until well combined. Note: Before whipping, let the chia seeds soften in the mix and expand before sinking to the bottom.
  3. Pour mixture into ramekin or serving bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight, or until pudding has set.
  4. It can be served textured, or blend again until completely smooth.
