And these paleo cookies with bacon and maple are absolutely no exception. The perfect marriage of salty and sweet, you’ll want these cookies for breakfast and dessert.
Ingredients
1-1/4 cups almond flour
1 Tbsp. coconut flour
2/3 cup maple syrup
5 Tbsp. coconut oil
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
3/4 cup pre-cooked bacon, chopped
1 large egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
- On baking sheet, drop spoonfuls of batter about an inch apart.
- Bake 13-15 minutes and let cool before transferring.
