- 2 cups parsley leaves and tender stems about 1 bunch
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves peeled
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
