Ingredients
1 ripe banana
¼ cup peanut butter (chunky preferred)
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mash together banana, peanut butter and coconut sugar until well combined.
- Stir in protein powder until fully incorporated.
- Spoon dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes, or until cookies start to turn golden.
