Peanut Butter Quesadillas

Makes 1


1 organic corn tortilla
1 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
1 Tbsp. powdered peanut butter
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. chipotle powder (or more, to taste)
Organic coconut oil


1. Place corn tortilla on lightly oiled, heated fry pan.

2. In a small bowl, mix peanut butters, water and chipotle powder into a paste.

3. Spread  mixture over tortilla; fold. Cook until crispy on both sides.
