Want a vegan burger that’s plant-based and comes ready to grill? Enter the portobello mushroom burger! The large mushroom is filled with nature’s umami and fits perfectly in a hamburger bun. Add more umami flavor to the portobellos with a coconut aminos marinade, and grill for a touch of smokiness. Add to that a pile of plant-based toppings, such as grilled onions, arugula, tomato slices and avocado for a filling, delicious meal. Make it your own with different marinades and toppings. The possibilities are endless!
