Build a better beverage with antioxidant-rich pomegranate and raspberries, protein-packed hemp seeds and high-fiber dates. While this smoothie is a spectacular breakfast choice year-round, it’s particularly enjoyable during the holiday season because of its festive coloring (all natural, of course!) and fresh peppermint-y garnish.

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. In high-speed blender, combine all ingredients (except for mint leaves) for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint and pomegranate seeds.

Recipe Notes

  • After blending, taste smoothie and adjust as needed. Add ice and blend if you prefer it colder. You can also add one more date, or some stevia, if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend for a few more seconds and serve.
