Ingredients

1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Vanilla Protein Powder
3 cups Bob’s Red Mill Garbanzo Beans, soaked for 12 hours
1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well coated.
  3. Spread chickpeas out on baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes, stirring about every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
