Ingredients
1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Vanilla Protein Powder
3 cups Bob’s Red Mill Garbanzo Beans, soaked for 12 hours
1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well coated.
- Spread chickpeas out on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 60 minutes, stirring about every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
