Sesame Lemon Curry Tilapia

Have your fish dishes fallen flat? Sadly, lemon and garlic can only go so far. To keep your taste buds tempted, try topping tilapia with this unique sauce. Made with sesame tahini, zesty lemon and curry powder for a spicy kick, this dinner will make a splash in your ordinary dinner routine any night of the week!

Sesame Lemon Curry Tilapia

Ingredients

3 tilapia filets
1 tsp. curry powder
⅓ cup tahini
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. In medium bowl, combine tahini, curry powder and lemon juice.
  3. Arrange tilapia fillets on baking sheet and cover with tahini mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through.
