Sesame Lemon Curry Tilapia
Ingredients
3 tilapia filets
1 tsp. curry powder
⅓ cup tahini
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In medium bowl, combine tahini, curry powder and lemon juice.
- Arrange tilapia fillets on baking sheet and cover with tahini mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through.
