You’ve been eating a lot of healthy breakfasts, so you deserve a treat. Toss those green smoothies and chia cereals aside and let yourself enjoy a s’mores parfait first thing in the morning. We’re not trying to totally sabotage your healthy diet—the base of this not-so-sinful parfait is Greek yogurt and plant-based protein. Add some mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and you’ve got a dessert-like breakfast you’ll pop right out of bed to eat.

Ingredients
1 scoop Burt’s Bees Chocolate Protein + Healthy Radiance Shake
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix protein powder and yogurt until fully incorporated.
- Prepare the parfait in layers. In a small jar, add 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs. Top with 1/2 cup protein yogurt mixture, half of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup marshmallows. Follow with another 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup graham crackers and finish with 1/2 cup marshmallows.
- If desired, use a cooking torch to toast the top layer of marshmallows.
- Repeat layers in a separate jar for second parfait.
