1 15.4-oz can vegetarian refried beans
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 16-oz jar chunky salsa
1-1/2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 tsp cumin
Blue or yellow corn tortilla chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350â°. Spray 9″ pie dish with cooking spray. Mix cumin into beans. Spread cream cheese, then a layer of beans in dish. Cover with salsa. Bake for 30 minutes; sprinkle on cheese and bake for additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

Frozen Virgin Mango Margaritas
1 16-oz pkg frozen mango slices
1/3 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 cups water
Coarse salt
Lime or orange slices for garnish
Directions:
Add mangoes, limeade and water to blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Rub glass rim with lime wedge; dip in salt. Pour mango margarita into glass and garnish with fruit slices.
