1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Yellow Popcorn
1 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Bob’s Red Mill Sea Salt
Zest of 1 lime
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. hot sauce
- In a large pan on the stove, begin popping popcorn. (Or, use an electric popper if you have one.)
- Melt butter in the microwave or on the stove. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and hot sauce.
- In a separate small bowl, mix chia seeds, salt and lime zest.
- When popcorn is done, pour over hot sauce and chia seed mixtures.
