- 2 16 oz. firm tofu blocks
- 2 bok choy
- Teriyaki sauce
- Olive oil
- Green onions sliced
- Cashews chopped
- Sesame seeds
Instructions

										Preheat grill to high heat.

										Using cookie cutter, shape tofu into round steak.
