  • 16 oz. extra firm tofu
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup kale (chopped)
  • 3-4 mini bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • ½ tsp. Celtic salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. umami blend spice
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  1. In skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add tofu and break up with wooden spoon.
  2. Stir in spices and veggies; sauté 10 minutes.
