Grilled Teriyaki Tofu Steaks With Bok Choy

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Using cookie cutter, shape tofu into round steak.
  3. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over tofu and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Season bok choy with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle tofu with salt and pepper.
  6. Add tofu and bok choy to hot grill, sear 2-3 minutes per side and remove from grill.
  7. Add chopped cashews, green onion and drizzle of teriyaki sauce to tofu steaks.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over bok choy and finish with sesame seeds.
