So what do you do when your plans fall through? You go back to the basics. What has always been one of your favorite healthy breakfasts? A nutrient-packed smoothie, of course! Blend a handful of ingredient together, including coconut water, blueberries, avocado and hemp seeds, and you get a refreshing, invigorating breakfast that’s sure to start the day off right.
- In blender, add coconut water. Follow with remaining ingredients.
- Process until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
