Packed with bold flavors, these bean patties are a hit with meat-lovers and vegans alike. This recipe calls for black beans, but you can use kidney or butter beans to create the perfect filling for your sandwich or wrap. Instead of a bun or bread, try using lettuce or collard leaves for a nutritious meal that’s filled with plant proteins and luscious greens. Plus, these burgers can be frozen for a make-ahead course that’s quick, mess-free and delicious.
