Is there a more “holiday” flavor or scent than cool, refreshing peppermint? One sniff of the minty aroma and you’re transported to a winter wonderland, where sleigh bells are ringing and snow is glistening. Even if you live in a warmer climate (lucky you), you can capture the magic of the winter season with these white chocolate and peppermint flavored fudge squares, which require only five ingredients and take just minutes to prep. They make a great last-minute gift idea for friends, teachers and co-workers, too!
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring
2 tbsp honey
2/3 cup coconut flour
4 peppermint candy canes, crushed
Directions
1. In large bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave 60 seconds or until coconut oil is melted.
2. Stir until chocolate chips melt and mixture is smooth, then stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan and top with crushed candy canes, chill until solid. Slice into squares before serving.
Can’t get enough peppermint? Add some peppermint oil (essential oil, that is) to your diffuser to fill your home with the frosty aroma! Note: avoid diffusing peppermint oil if you have cats.
