Ingredients
  • 6 large apples
Granola
Garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Core each apple, leaving small amount of apple at bottom.
  3. In medium bowl, add granola ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon mixture into cored apples.
  5. Place apples on baking sheet and garnish with orange slices, cloves and star anise. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tops are slightly brown and bubbling.
  6. Remove apples from oven and drizzle with honey.
