Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat sauté pan to medium, spray with avocado oil.
  2. Add corn, zucchini and onion and sauté 10 minutes.
  3. To pan, add water and continue to sauté until corn is browned.
  4. Add black beans, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin. Stir in cream cheese and simmer until melted into mixture in pan.
  5. Top with cilantro and squeeze of fresh lime prior to serving.
