  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In small bowl, combine spices.
  2. In bag, shake mahi-mahi and juice from half the lemon. Remove fish; pat dry. Brush both sides of fish with olive oil; coat with seasoning.
  3. Cook about 5 minutes, until fillets can be lifted without sticking to grill. Flip; continue cooking 5 minutes.
  4. To serve, sprinkle over remaining juice from lemon.
