Give someone a fish and you feed them for a day; teach them how to make grilled mahi-mahi and they’ll eat it for a lifetime! From fridge to plate in less than 30-minutes, this recipe is nothing but smooth sailing. Coated in a simple blend of spices then grilled to perfection, each flaky fillet is full of bold Cajun flavor. Enjoy it over a salad (like this easy cauliflower rice salad), with grilled veggies or on a bun. One bite and you’ll be hooked.
