5-Minute, No-Bake Chocolate-Hazelnut Brownies

You may have grown up with a mom who always had delicious treats, like brownies or chocolate chip cookies, ready after school and for play dates. You’d like to keep the tradition going with your kids, but you never seem to have the time. Plus, you’re hesitant to pack their young diets with large amounts of processed sugar and other undesirable ingredients. Here’s the easy solution: make your kiddos these healthy, 5-minute, no-bake brownies. They’re so quick and easy, your kids could make them on their own!

Easy, No-Bake Chocolate Brownies on White Plate

Yields 16

Ingredients

1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
1/4 cup pHresh Products Cacao Powder
3 Tbsp. Vitacost Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Nutiva Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, plus more for frosting
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. Redmond Real Salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Transfer batter to rectangular baking pan and smooth out top.
  3. Top with additional chocolate hazelnut spread.
  4. Chill before serving or enjoy immediately.
