Peanut Butter Pecan Sandies (No Sugar!)

					Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
 - 1 cup coconut flour
 - 3/4 cup organic peanut butter (no sugar added)
 - 3/4 cup finely crushed pecans
 - Monk fruit to taste
 
Instructions
- 
										Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
 - 
										In medium bowl, mix together flours and monk fruit. Stir in peanut butter and add pecans.
 - 
										Drop mixture onto waxed baking sheet. Flatten with fork if needed.
 - 
										Bake 10-15 minutes.
 
Recipe Notes
• Mixture also makes great bars! Add batter to square baking pan and bake. Let cool and refrigerate so they cut easily.
• Store frozen airtight bag or container for up to 3 months.
