					Ingredients
- 4 potatoes chopped, boiled and mashed with skin on
 - 3-1/2 cups kale chopped
 - 1 stick Irish grass-fed butter
 - 4 Green onions chopped
 - 2 Tbsp. parsley chopped Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
 - salt and pepper
 
Instructions
- 
										Boil potatoes in large pot of water.
 - 
										Remove from stove top and drain water. While potatoes are boiling, in large skillet, steam chopped kale in butter.
 - 
										Add green onions, salt and pepper.
 - 
										Cook for approximately 3 minutes, until slightly wilted/steamed.
 - 
										In large pot, mash potatoes, adding milk.
 - 
										Add seasoned steamed kale and stir in parsley.
 - 
										Stir over low to medium heat for approximately 5-7 minutes. Serve warm.
