Gluten-Free Beef & Bacon Meatballs
Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. bacon
1 onion, sliced
1 egg
1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
3 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. minced garlic
Optional: 2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
Directions
- In food processor, combine onion and bacon; process until finely chopped.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Use hands to shape meatballs, approximately 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
- In frying pan, arrange meatballs and cook until done. (Note: Remember, this recipe includes pork, so you don’t want any pink color to remain.)
- Serve meatballs with toothpicks as an appetizer or over spaghetti squash pasta with sauce of choice.
