This toss-everything-in-and-enjoy recipe combines healthy grains and seeds, farm-fresh seasonal fruit and flavor-boosting favorites like cacao nibs and coconut flakes. In just a few minutes, breakfast is ready – and you’re ready to face the day!

Acai Breakfast Bowl Recipe

 

Acai Superfood Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

2 Sambazon Acai Superfruit Pack, 100g
1 Tbsp. oats 
1 tsp. hemp seeds
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. bee pollen
1 Tbsp. raw almonds
5 TigerNuts
1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
1 Tbsp. coconut flakes
¼ cup coconut water
1 banana
4 strawberries, sliced
1 peach, sliced
1 banana,chopped

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend the acai, banana and liquid until completely smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, place the acai mixture in the bottom and add all the toppings. Dig in!
