Avocado-Chicken Burritos with Mexican Crema

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Mexican seasoning
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 2 wraps
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In bowl, toss together chicken, olive oil and seasoning.

Place chicken on baking sheet and cook 15-18 minutes or until chicken has reached 165 degrees. Chop and set aside.

In bowl, mix together one avocado, 1/2 cup cilantro, sour cream, milk, lime juice, zest, salt and pepper until smooth. Chop second avocado and set aside.

Over each wrap, spread about 2 tablespoons avocado cream and top with about 6 ounces of chicken, 1/4 cup cilantro and half of chopped avocado. Fold wrap.
