Bacon & Eggs Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 small or 1 large pizza crust
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 white onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomato basil sauce
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 - 4 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 sprigs thyme leaves only
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • Dash sea salt
  • Dash pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Using olive oil, brush pizza crusts; layer tomato basil sauce, garlic, cheese, bacon, onion, tomatoes and thyme.
  3. On each pizza, create small crevices for eggs; carefully crack eggs into spaces. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until eggs are cooked to your liking.
