- 2 small or 1 large pizza crust
- 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 1/4 white onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato basil sauce
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 - 4 eggs
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 sprigs thyme leaves only
- 1 tomato sliced
- Dash sea salt
- Dash pepper
- Olive oil

Using olive oil, brush pizza crusts; layer tomato basil sauce, garlic, cheese, bacon, onion, tomatoes and thyme.
