Preparation Instructions
Softer Crust
Remove crust from package and place on baking sheet. Top wth your favorite ingredients.
Bake in a preheated 400ºF oven 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese in the center is melted and the crust is golden brown. Carefully remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Crispier Crust
Remove crust from package and top with your favorite ingredients.
Place directly on center rack in a preheated 400ºF oven 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese in the center is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Carefully remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
Refrigerate after opening.
Prepare according to cooking instructions.

Chicken & Fresh Herbs White Pizza (Gluten-Free)
Looking to put a spark back in pizza night? Skip the usual tomato-based pie and try this white pizza topped with chicken, onion and herbs instead. Made with low-fat milk, roasted garlic and parmesan cheese, the sauce calls for just a bit of butter and oat flour to create a rich (but lower calorie and gluten-free!) Alfredo sauce. Fresh herbs add bright flavor, and melty part-skim mozzarella cheese seals the deal. Add grilled or roasted chicken to further up the protein count and leave everyone smiling and satisfied.
Chicken & Fresh Herbs White Pizza (Gluten-Free)
Crust
- 1 box almond flour pizza dough
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 roasted garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
Toppings
- 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts (cooked & sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (sliced)
- 1 bunch fresh chives (chopped)
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
- Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Set aside. Keep oven preheated at 400 degrees F.
In large saucepan over medium heat, add butter and roasted garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Then stir in flour and pepper and slowly whisk in milk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- On crust, evenly spread sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese, oregano, cooked chicken and red onions.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Top with chives and parsley before serving.
