Ingredients
16 oz. green beans, washed and ends trimmed
6 slices bacon, cut in half
6 dates, pitted, cut in half and pressed flat, optional
Black pepper
Avocado oil spray
Balsamic vinegar glaze
Directions
- Preheat oven to 415 degrees F. Line baking pan with foil, then place wire rack on top to catch bacon grease drippings.
- Roll each half bacon strip around 5 green beans and place on wire rack. If desired, placed date cut side up on bacon strip before rolling around green beans.
- Lightly spray each roll with avocado spray, then sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
