Bacon-Wrapped Green Bean Bundles with Balsamic Glaze

From burgers to vegetables, everything tastes better with bacon. That’s why your next party spread needs these bacon-wrapped green bean bundles. They make an easy yet elegant appetizer sure to delight your guests, especially those following keto and paleo diets. Don’t care for keto? Stuff each bacon strip with half of a date to add a touch of sweetness.

Makes 12

Ingredients

16 oz. green beans, washed and ends trimmed
6 slices bacon, cut in half
6 dates, pitted, cut in half and pressed flat, optional
Black pepper
Avocado oil spray
Balsamic vinegar glaze

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees F. Line baking pan with foil, then place wire rack on top to catch bacon grease drippings.
  2. Roll each half bacon strip around 5 green beans and place on wire rack. If desired, placed date cut side up on bacon strip before rolling around green beans.
  3. Lightly spray each roll with avocado spray, then sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
