Baked Mahi Mahi With Roasted Garlic Salsa
Ingredients
2 (5-oz.) mahi mahi filets
1 cup roasted garlic salsa
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Preheat oven to broil at 500 degrees F. Line a glass baking dish with foil.
- Arrange filets on foil and top with salsa. Garnish with olives and cilantro.
- Bake fish for 15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes. Remove fish from oven when cooked through, will be white and flake easily with a fork.
