Even the most gourmet-inclined chefs have time-saving tricks up their sleeves—or waiting on their pantry shelves. A jar of rich, roasted garlic salsa, for example, turns ordinary mahi mahi filets into a meal with zest and elegance, with hardly any prep. Just add chopped olives and fresh cilantro and it can be your little secret that you spent just 15 minutes on a restaurant-worthy dinner!
