- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. cream cheese room temp
- 4 Tbsp. butter room temp
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup salted caramel
Instructions
