Chicken & Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
Ingredients
3 cups Vitacost Brown Rice Pasta Elbows
½ lb. cooked, diced chicken
1 cup Greek yogurt ranch-style dip
½ cup feta cheese
3 Tbsp. bacon bits (or vegetarian bits)
½ cup green onions, chopped
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Cook elbow pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until completely combined. Dip and spices should be fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
