Ingredients
Crust
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 roasted garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
Toppings
- 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts cooked & sliced
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 bunch fresh chives chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley chopped
Instructions

Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Set aside. Keep oven preheated at 400 degrees F.

In large saucepan over medium heat, add butter and roasted garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Then stir in flour and pepper and slowly whisk in milk until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.

On crust, evenly spread sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese, oregano, cooked chicken and red onions.

Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Top with chives and parsley before serving.
