Chicken & Fresh Herbs White Pizza (Gluten-Free)

Jasmine Schmalhaus - The Upside Blog |

Looking to put a spark back in pizza night? Skip the usual tomato-based pie and try this white pizza topped with chicken, onion and herbs instead. Made with low-fat milk, roasted garlic and parmesan cheese, the sauce calls for just a bit of butter and oat flour to create a rich (but lower calorie and gluten-free!) Alfredo sauce. Fresh herbs add bright flavor, and melty part-skim mozzarella cheese seals the deal. Add grilled or roasted chicken to further up the protein count and leave everyone smiling and satisfied.Chicken & Herbs White Pizza Recipe |
