  1. In large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
  2. In separate bowl, combine egg, banana and almond milk.
  3. Gently pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mixing with a rubber spatula until just combined. Do not over-mix.
  4. Heat large skillet over medium heat; coat with cooking spray. Working in batches, pour 1⁄4-cup rounds of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on surface, about 3 minutes. Flip with spatula; continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
