Made without refined sugar, you’ll be munching on nothing but naturally sweetened, totally satisfying candy.
Chocolate-Covered Caramels
Ingredients
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
¼ cup coconut flour
2 cups pitted dates
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Coat an 8” x 8” pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a food processor, add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips on 20-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over caramel and freeze until mixture has hardened. Cut into squares when ready to eat.
