- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
Cinnamon swirl
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 Tbsp. softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions

In large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and melted butter or oil. Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
