Citrus Smoothie Bowl with Spinach and Cauliflower

Ingredients

Smoothie bowls

  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 date optional
  • Ice as needed

Toppings

Instructions

  1. In blender, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add more ice if needed.
  3. Transfer to two serving bowls. Top with granola, coconut flakes and sliced fresh fruit.
