½ cup acai powder
¼ cup coconut water
3 frozen bananas
4 Medjool dates, pitted


2 Tbsp. raw, unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tbsp. raw cacao nibs
1 Tbsp. freeze-dried blueberries


  1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients (acai through dates) and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
