Pureed coconut, coconut butter or coconut manna? Call it what you want, this food is heavenly! Spread it on toast, add it to smoothies, or in this case, make a dessert bark fit for winter festivities. It’s naturally sweet with coconut flavor and packs all the wholesome goodness of coconut flesh into whatever it’s added to. To make coconut butter bark, melt the manna into a nut butter consistency, spread it onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, sprinkle with toppings of your choice and chill until set.
